Our Speakers
Tapiwa Marawanyika
Tapiwa Marawanyika is a gospel-medical missionary committed to preparing a generation to stand for Christ in earth’s final moments. His journey into ministry began after a personal encounter with Christ following his move from Zimbabwe to England. Though trained in science, he never expected to enter full-time gospel work, but surrendering his life to Jesus changed everything. He has served in leadership at Wildwood Health Institute, helping train and mentor medical missionaries worldwide. His ministry emphasizes practical, Christ-centered living and bold witness. Together with his wife, Debbrah, and their son Noah, Tapiwa seeks to know God deeply, make Him known, and help others stand faithful.
Dr. Joyce Choe
Dr. Joyce Choe, MD, MPH, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and medical missionary dedicated to exploring the intersection of science and Biblical health principles. After an antibiotic reaction in 2008 left her with chronic pain and muscle weakness, Joyce embarked on a journey to find healing through plant-based nutrition and lifestyle medicine. Today, she serves as a director of medmissionary.com alongside Mercy Ballard, where she helps lead the Autoimmune Recovery Plan and mentor students worldwide. She is the co-author of The Autoimmune Plant Based Cookbook and the founder of Wholeness for Life. Through her teaching and weekly podcast, Joyce seeks to motivate others to take responsibility for their health and develop a deeper trust in their Creator.
Robert Norris
Robert Norris has been an educator for the past 35 years, teaching on a wide variety of topics that include: plant propagation, beekeeping, country living, disaster preparedness, survival and the Bible. Rob lives in Washington state with his wife Jeanne and produces plant starts and honey for the local farmers market.
Mercy Ballard
Mercy Ballard, RN, is a dedicated gospel-medical missionary and the founder of Years Restored Lifestyle Center. Originally trained as a physician in Mexico, she served as a nurse in the United States for over two decades before a personal health crisis shifted her focus to natural healing. Today, she serves as a director of medmissionary.com alongside Dr. Joyce Choe, where she helps train others in the practical application of lifestyle medicine. Her ministry focuses on research-based protocols for reversing chronic disease through plant-based nutrition and a closer walk with Christ. Together with her husband, Anthony, Mercy seeks to empower others to reclaim their health and stand faithful in these final moments.
Spencer Scott
Spencer Scott is an award-winning commercial grower who has developed a program to instruct anyone who would like to learn how to grow their own food. Spencer Scott’s Unstoppable Garden program will instruct in the areas of cool-to-cool-weather gardening, harvest-to-harvest growing and living only on what you grow, Water management, Do I really need a well?, and more!
Violet Douglas
Violet Douglas was on her way to becoming a world-class track star, until she found Jesus and gave it all up. And she never looked back. She now operates A Merry Heart Ministry in northern Washington state, educating people using Bible and Health principles, teaching them how to be happy, healthy, and enjoy a better quality of life.
Victoria Flores
Victoria Flores is the Health Coach at SunFlores Farm, a family ministry established in 2022 with a mission to help others experience the benefits of natural remedies, healthy living, and faith-based wellness. She began learning about holistic health at age 13 and has continued to grow in her passion for helping others understand how lifestyle changes can support better health. Victoria studied at Wildwood Institute for Health Evangelism and has continued her education through Med Missionary, with a focus on autoimmune disorders, heart conditions, diabetes, leaky gut, and related health concerns. Through SunFlores Farm, she and her family seek to teach practical, natural approaches to wellness, including growing food, making wholesome goods, and using God’s medicine through nature’s remedies.
Adam Mills
Adam was born into a Christian household in New York City. After having experienced the emptiness of the sinful city life, he was born again at the age of 18. Since that time he has counted it a privilege to proclaim the everlasting gospel with a passion! He and his wife Talitha, a midwife and lifestyle counselor, are the parents of two children. Their ministry, In His Image Ministries, has taken them to numerous destinations both nationally and internationally to conduct seminars, evangelism, youth efforts and various bible-based workshops on topics such as: Righteousness by faith, the Heavenly Sanctuary, Prophecy, Music, and The Great Controversy Between Christ and Satan.
Leticia Jiminez
Leticia Jiminez is a medical missionary who is dedicated to whole-person healing and Christ-centered service. Currently, she serves as Health Director at the Olivehurst Seventh-day Adventist Church in California, where she also trains members in discipleship. Prior to becoming a medical missionary, she worked for Ampla Health, a nonprofit organization serving underserved communities. Over 27 years, she progressed from receptionist to patient advocate, gaining extensive experience in compassionate care, advocacy, and service. Leticia enjoys traveling, gardening, cooking new foods, memorizing Scripture, and sharing the love of Christ with those seeking hope and healing.
Dr. Ron Fleck
Ronald W. Fleck, MD, is a general practice physician, with interest in training young people in a program called, “God’s Special Forces.” This was first started in 2021, with many requests from around North and Central America, and other countries for this 4-hour medical evangelism training program. He is also involved in training churches on how to hold diabetic reversal/lifestyle modification seminars for their communities. He is president of Second Hope Ministries International, which promotes true medical evangelism and health education in many countries.
